Policy on bookings

Cancellations and changes to reservations are possible without penalty until midnight (Moscow time) on the day of arrival. These can be made through the hotel's website (if the reservation was made on the hotel's website), by email, fax, or, in extreme cases, by phone.

For all confirmed reservations, the hotel will accommodate guests from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day following arrival (for a full 24-hour period). However, in the event of a no-show, guests are required to compensate the hotel for the cost of not having the room in the booked room category for those 24 hours. In this case, reservations for subsequent dates will be cancelled.
