Housekeeping

Room cleaning (including bed making) and towel change are provided daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

There is no turndown service; bed linen (for longer stays) is changed every three days. Guests are provided with one set of linen: a terry robe and disposable slippers (changed for longer stays upon request, but at least once a week). More frequent linen changes or urgent changes of bed linen and towels are a paid service, costing 500 rubles per set; an additional change of terry robe is 350 rubles per robe.
