Premature departures

The administration will appreciate it if guests planning an early check-out from the hotel notify us the day before their departure.

Guests leaving the hotel before check-out time (12:00 PM Moscow time) on their actual departure day (i.e., during the paid period) will not be subject to any penalties, and the prepayment for their stay will be fully refunded (technically, the refund will be made using the same payment method).
