On the ground floor of the hotel there is a bar and restaurant «Severyanin». It is here that hotel guests can have breakfast or a cup of tea or coffee with fresh pastries (the restaurant has its own pastry chef) in the morning and in the evening to relax after a busy day.
It is stylish and cozy: laconic modern furniture, lamps hanging from the ceiling on long cords, dim lights, pleasant music... Tables, mainly for two, but you can comfortably accommodate a large company, the restaurant is ideal for relaxing alone, and for a romantic date, and for meeting friends.
The menu includes mostly dishes of Russian cuisine – traditional, but with modern flow: dumplings and dumplings, jelly and pickles, mushroom soup with pie and a real black ear with pie and original with fresh Russian products, prepared according to the author's recipe of a chef, allowing for a different look in the kitchen of the peoples of our vast country.
